Marni Zabarsky is a commercial diving industry pioneer and the first female saturation diver in the Gulf of Mexico. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Assumption University and graduating from The Ocean Corporation, she built a distinguished offshore career before transitioning into project management, business development, and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality) leadership. Today, Marni serves as HSEQ Manager for Aqueos Corporation, supporting complex subsea construction and diving operations throughout the offshore energy sector. A dedicated advocate for professional development and safe offshore operations, she serves on the IMCA Diving Committee, chairs the Inclusive Diving Operations IMCA workgroup, and has been a member of The Ocean Corporation Advisory Board since 2011.
