Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four officers—President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary and eight Trustees. The Board is led by the Chairman of the Board, one of the sitting trustees, who is elected on an annual basis to serve in that role, by the members of the Board. The Board of Directors ensures that all aspects of the organization are run properly, efficiently, and in accordance with the WDHOF By-laws. The Board of Directors makes policies and decisions which govern the organization as well as the initiation and implementation of short and long term programs and projects. Officers are elected by the Board and Trustees are elected by a vote of the active membership of WDHOF. All Board members are WDHOF members themselves.
