Karen is a Navy veteran and current federal employee. Karen learned about diving from a close friend a few years back and has been soaking up the culture since then. She works closely with Adaptable Scuba and divers who need assistance to fulfill thier dreams of diving. Karen continually seeks opportunities to deepen her understanding of marine ecosystems. She recently picked up the love of underwater photography and is hoping to learn better ways to capture the joy of diving while advocating for inclusivity and the opportunity for all individuals, regardless of ability, to explore the wonders of the ocean.
