Paula is a psychologist with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology. She quit her Head of HR role in the tech world to dedicate her life to the ocean. Today, she is founder of Ankay Conservation, a Marine Conservation Center and 5-star PADI Resort in Bocas del Toro, Panamá. Paula is a PADI OWSI, Operations Manager, and Lead Conservation Instructor at Ankay. She plans to pursue further studies in monitoring techniques to be able to help the students that participate in the various conservation programs they offer and stay up to date with the best methods to conserve our seas.
