Since 2018, Reese has volunteered with SCUBAnauts International, where working closely with teenage divers has shaped her commitment to diver safety and mentorship. Her goal of becoming a local scuba divemaster and instructor is to expand youth dive training opportunities. Reese is an active member of the Florida Marine Science Educators Association and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a Florida state teaching certificate. A high school Zoology and Marine Science teacher in Tampa, Florida, she integrates real-world diving experiences into her curriculum. Beyond the classroom, Reese shares her passion for diving and conservation through her blog, ReeseHWanderWild.com, and creates sustainable shark-tooth necklaces, ethically collected while diving in Venice, Florida, to promote ocean stewardship. Dedicated to education and mentorship, Reese strives to inspire a lifelong connection to the ocean.
