Sarah Muckerheide

Sarah is a junior at Indiana University, majoring in Underwater Archaeology and Anthropology, minoring in Biology and Spanish, with a certificate in Underwater Resource Management. She was scuba certified in 2018 and is currently pursuing Divemaster certification. She has been a research assistant for the Center for Underwater Science for three years, attending underwater archaeological field projects in the Florida Keys and in Lake Michigan (Indiana) and is now a Scientific Diver. She is excited to use this scholarship to participate in a field project in the Dominican Republic, where she will do research for her Individualized Major final project.
