Gina Harden

CAPT (Ret) Harden's professional diving career spans 35 years. From the time she first stood up, in a U.S. Navy Mk V, in 1982 she has taken part in salvage operations, ordnance clearance and force protection missions around the world. Gina is a decorated combat veteran, while serving both in Iraq and Afghanistan. She served as the first fully qualified 5th Fleet Diving and Salvage Officer in the Middle East and Commanding Officer of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit Detachment 608. Her Diving career highlights include the USS MONITOR Expedition 2001 and 2002, Ehime Maru Recovery, the Cedar Key Piling removal project and exchange ice diving training with the Royal Canadian Fleet Diving Unit. She has an MS in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
