Chelsi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and is pursuing an advanced degree in energy and environmental policy. She is a Californian belonging to the Wintun tribe, and centers her connection to nature in all her work. She’s led an energy advocacy nonprofit for four years and served as a Fulbright Scholar in Borneo. Chelsi has successfully organized communities and engaged stakeholders on climate issues. She thrives when turning generational issues into approachable conversations and solutions. Learning to scuba dive will advance her study of natural resource conservation at the intersection of renewable energy, human behavior, and government regulation.
