Phoebe is presently a sophomore at Maine Maritime Academy (MMA) in a five-year program studying Marine Biology and Small Vessel Operations. She was fortunate enough to grow up in a coastal town in Maine, where her passion for the ocean and diving blossomed. She got herPADI Junior Open Water certification at the age of fourteen. She is currently working towards Divemaster and is working as a scuba Teaching Assistant at MMA. Her internship will take her to Anacortes, Washington, where she will be utilizing scientific diving to study two native octopus species.
